About use of the location information retrieval service

*Please note that information cannot be retrieved for provisional shuttle buses and community buses.

Location information may not be correctly displayed or may disappear from the display screen in the event of storms (typhoons, snowfall, sudden downpours, etc.) caused by bad weather, sudden accidents, or other occurrences putting buses out of operation or greatly delaying them.
In addition, owing to the system setup, information cannot be retrieved at the starting bus stop on certain routes. Please confirm the departure time noted on the schedule at the bus stop.

The Company shall bear absolutely no responsibility for any damage or loss deriving from use of the service or information provided by the service.
- ・The purpose of the service is to improve convenience for passengers. Information for waiting times and other such items is approximate, and may vary from the actual times etc. due to the traffic situation and processing time.
- ・The service is subject to change, suspension, etc. without advance notice.
- ・The service is designed for use by many passengers, but there is no guarantee that it can handle all types of mobile telephone terminals. The display may be in disarray or unavailable in the case of some types of terminals.
